I recently placed the order for this product knowing that there was no refund or returns. Waited several days and received an email saying that this item was no longer available but was being replaced with a different item.
I would assume the item would be replaced for the same amount but thats not the case. A refund was issued but your company should have honored the agreement and just shipped a comparable product.
Ill shop elsewhere from now own
