We tried booking with Skydive Monterey Bay for a total of four times. We couldn't dive with them because their plane malfunctioned.
They said in order to get a refund, we must return our physical gift vouchers to them in person and they said they would process the refund. Months later, we have never received our refund, and SMB states they don't have our vouchers. We are now down around $300 for the skydiving that we never got to do and never received a refund for. We provided photos of the physical voucher and proof that we purchased the voucher - they even have records that we didn't jump.
WHERE IS OUR REFUND?
We had to report them to the BBB and the FTC because their owner, specifically, will not return our e-mails or calls. Unsafe and completely insane that we are not being refunded for a service that was never provided.
