Long delay with no outcome or response
I've been waiting 15 months now and still no resolution. All information required has been submitted and now it with the legal team, so many calls and emails back and forth with no end in sight for a straight forward claim and not too many .

They have been holding my claim for over 1 month. The British have always been transferring my money for more than 1 month.
This is not fair. I do not recommend this company.

Filed a claim and they changed midstream and there's no remaining information and no way to contact them.
I filed a claim with Skycap on January 6, 2024 and have been waiting for final results. I have checked in periodically and heard that they were working on the claim.
I checked today online and find the website has totally changed and there is no way to check on the claim I filed or any existence of the claim. I would like to know what has transpired with my claim.

Still waiting for my compensation
almost 1 year 13th july we were stuck in Belfast due to 2 night cancellations by easyjet we put in a claim but the 1st night they refused to pay saying it was an act of God ( birds flying into aircraft ) many emails receipts etc later no correspondence from skycop was forthcoming still waiting for payment for hotel & taxi fares I've waited now til it's 1year then I'm going to the media & the ombudsman so I'm giving you fair warning on my intentions from the 13th july
