AI Highlights
  • - Game removed from stores and no Season 2 content or updates arrived.
  • - Refunds denied due to time limit, seeking Skybound resolution.

I bought Overkill's the walking dead back on February 7th for me and my brother. Back then i was playing it with him to try it out and see when more of the season 2 content was coming out.

Only to my surprise when i learned that the game was removed from stores and would no longer be receiving updates. I was disappointed and tried to ask Steam for refunds on both me and my brothers copy in the hopes to wait until news of whether the game would continue being worked on or not and nothing has come back. and when i tried to get the game refunded on steam, it couldn't receive it due to the allotted time to refund it. But, when this game was out at the time it was advertised to have season 2 content and future updates to add more to the game on top of improving it.

None of which has ever come or been delivered since the removal. I felt ripped off at the fact that i could not receive any refund back for a game that was not finished.

If i could get into contact with anyone from Skybound to have it resolved, it would be appreciated. I didn't know at the time i could ask the BBB or Skybound for refunds for it on Steam, I have since posted on BBB and no refund and now posting this on here in hopes that Skybound sees it if they do not I might sue Skybound and Robert Kirkman (the owner of the game)

Preferred solution: Full refund
