I called United Airlines to get my refund back and they told me that they have refunded the money back to your agency and so I have to call your agency to get my money back and that's because one year ago my father booked the ticket from your agency and the agency from your side was mistaken with my first and last name so I have to ask for refund I still didn't get my refund money back so that's why I called United Airlines and they told me that I have to call you to get my money back transferred to my debit or credit card.

- Two tickets were blocked as fraud; the purchase didn't go through.
- After resolving card issue, tickets were cancelled and rebooking costs $200 more.
I was booking two tickets with this company, and my credit card thought it was fraud, so my purchase did not go through. I called my credit card and straightened it out.
Then, my tickets were cancelled. When I tried to rebook, it was $200 more for my tickets. This was a matter of minutes.
It was really poor of them. I do not want to rebook with them unless I get the original price.

I Kontakt them 100 times, they charged from us €1241,84 for the tickets and after that they are writing me that I payed a lower price for each ticket, they make a mistake but always is the client fault this ist not correct they pay back only €141 from the whole amount even I wrote them them it a long story this is a ridiculous behavior we want our money back I understand not the whole amount because of the cancellation but not €141
In Mai10 I order 2 tickets twice same day different time, the airlines already charged the full amount from the Visa card , I want only one of the ticket and for the other booking the amount back
I dont see any reason not to get the rest of the money back , just because of the different times?

The first booking I received an e-mail from the company it was cancelled but they charged the amount, second booking the tickets were a bit cheaper so I book that than I cancelled both, but the full amount was already charged, I ask from the company and the Rynair too cancel both and the full amount back
now we want just 2 tickets and rest of the amount back

Sent them a message several days ago but not heard from them. I tried calling up their number morning, noon and night at different days but it was always an automated message about attending to other callers.
Not even sure if they really have someone who answers calls nor any messages sent to them. Really poor customer service.
