I have two shavers that went bad and have been trying to email. My wife has been trying to email for six months.

Nobody responds. Plus, I would like to order another one and return the other ones.

Just stopped working

i put it on the charger and all lights were blinking white and no power was giving after about 30 minutes in plug charger and nothing no power

they dont send anything that you gonna keep getting raises every month and you dont authorize it. Shame on them.

Horrible company, horrible warranty, horrible customer service

The shaver was purchased, and then after three months, the unit stopped working. They required me to pay return shipping in order to receive a new unit.

The new unit was received after two months of back and forth. Now, seven months after receiving the new unit, that one too has failed.

Now they want me to pay return shipping for this defective unit back to them to be replaced again, only to tell me that by the time I receive this replacement, it will already be out of warranty because they go by the original unit purchase date, not when the new unit is received. How does this make sense?
