Very poor building society, cust services slow and complaints even slower
Raised a complaint after they ignored power of attorney for my disabled brother after my mum (his carer) died.
Cant speak to complaints department directly... no one gets in touch with me, been almost 4 weeks since complaint was raised.
They seem to assume everyone is a scammer and the branch manager even gave me the 'scammers leaflet' when I asked about how to complain.
Useless service and awful building society.
Even my disabled brother isnt happy with them and wants to move his savings away from them and he has autism and learning difficulties (hence power of attorney was needed)
I dont have a good word to say about them at the moment.
