Skinny Dip Noodles

Ordered a large order nearly 1 1/2 months ago. No delivery and no reply to my 5 emails. Don't waste your money

I did order on the 11th of Sept. and still have not received and I can not get them to email me back. There use to be a phone number to

call to remind them to send but I do not have it anymore and they

do not have one on there website.

So I called my bank and filed a claim.

Most Companies do not charge till they send they took the money

that day.

Before I could not find these anywhere else but I was able to order

from www.vitacost.com and I will not deal with this anymore.

Do not waste your time and energy on this company. I have to write

100 words to get this to post so that is why I am still writing.

I placed an order for 10 mini bags of noodles and a cook book at the end of Februay and still have never received it. I keep emailing them and get no responses. They already took my money sheisters......

I saw an ad on Facebook. I'm aware of this type of noodle, but hadn't had them for a couple years.

Decided to try the variety pack. I had a good discount code, but the shipping ate up most of the savigs. The total of the order with shipping came to $53.70. Order was placed 2/21/16 and I paid with PayPal.

On 2/28/16 I got a notice that the item was being shipped. As mentioned by someone else, the "tracking" indicated a label had been created, but that's it; the pkg never actually shipped.

I've emailed via their website, but don't have high hopes of getting an answer. Will take it up with PayPal to recoup the loss.

I placed an order on March 20th and never received the products but I was charged for them. I have tried several times to contact them thru e-mails but they never answer the e-mails.

I would never recommend them to anyone. Now I have to try to get my money back. I am very disappointed in this company.

I believe this some kind of a scam and should be reported to the better business bureau but first you need to try to get an address or phone number. Do not order anything from this company if you do you will never receive the product.

Here's how they operate, you place an order with this company. They are quick to charge your method of payment. Subsequently, they email you that a shipping label has been created. They NEVER mail your order. You can not reach them via the telephone, or a physical address. You can only attempt to reach them via a company provided email. They DO NOT respond to your email. The post office told me the shipping label was created in Corona, CA.

I have gone through my method of payment for a refund.

Not sure is this is consumer fraud? or just the worst ordering and (lack of)customer service I have ever experienced.

I placed an order and after a few days expected the shipping information to be emailed. My order was place on March 13th and on the 18th I sent an email requesting my order status, I received no response.

I sent three more emails and still got no response! I went to their FACEBOOK page and posted a request with the order number and my contact information again requesting information on the order status. I went back to the facebook page and found my post removed and the ability to POST COMMENTS locked and could no longer post on their page.

Finally I contacted PAYPAL, and told them that I had used their service to place the order and they said they would either get my money refunded or get me my order.

Thankfully using PAYPAL has saved me from losing my cash and I no longer want their product. This company has some serious issues and I recommend that you stay away from ordering from them.

I placed an order with Skinny Dip Noodles online, paid for the order via PayPal (direct debit from my bank account), received an order confirmation via email and then a shipping confirmation via email (USPS) however the order never arrived and the shipping tracking showed that while a label was perhaps generated, the package never reached the USPS system. I reached out to the company several times and heard no response for two weeks.

Then I received an email response from Lisa J apologizing for the delay and promising to ship a new order. Nothing ever arrived.

I was able to recoup my money by filing a dispute with PayPal. Buyer beware - I would not recommend purchasing from this company.

placed order on 2/29/16 never received have sent 2 emails 3/9/16 and 3/17/16 with no responses but they sure got me for that$49.69 i am still pursuing this to get my money but not to hopeful what i have discovered is two companies with similar names Get Skinny Noodles and Skinny Dip Noodles. Skinny Dip Noodles is looking more like a scam please research companies very carefully before you order off internet. This kind of stuff makes it hard for people trying to eat healthy to say heck with it.

Skinny Dip Noodles show misleading images about their noodles. All the recipes show regular pasta and not their skinny dip pasta. Just look at what their pasta looks like and you can tell its not the same. For example; they market this one type of noodle as being "macaroni", but on the bag it says penne. The recipe images show penne, but also macaroni noodles. And they are NOT their skinny dip noodles being used.

I received a shipment of the "macaroni" noodles and they actually look like white grubs. Not appealing at all. One of the packages was broken and leaked out. I have ordered their fettuccini noodles and those are good, but they have always come individually wrapped. When I got the "macaroni" noodles the individual wrapped packages were wrapped in a bigger bag. This makes me think that the person shipping them knew there was a leaky bag.

I have written 2 emails to them about these issues and they have not returned either one. The only other way to contact them is by chat and that is only for product questions, not customer support.

I like their fettuccini noodles, but if I'm going to be treated in this manner I can go other places And I can always used other pastas.

Skinny dip noodles ripped me off $42.10 !!!

When I didn't get my order of lassana noodles in 8 days I emailed them that I hadn't received my order yet , a Lisa j

Responded and said there were glitches and would send my order out . Well another week went by no sign of my order so I emailed again , no response at all !!! I asked for refund of my money back but now a month has gone by still nothing

I guess I will now have to report to BBB but there is no address or phone number on skinnydip's website , didn't pay attention at the time I ordered guess I learned hard way after this to pay more attention ! I hope this complaint will stop someone else falling victim to this scam website !
