Scam alert!

AI Highlights
  • - Order was lost in the building's common area and no responsibility was taken.
  • - Investigation promised, but follow-ups unanswered and no updates.

My order was lost or stolen (they dropped the parcel unsafely in the common area of the multi-unit building). SkinMedix refused to take any responsibility.

The initial response was that they would conduct an investigation. After multiple unanswered follow-up emails and voice messages, they cut off all communication, with no update on the investigation, no replacement products, and no refund. They do not pick up calls and do not answer emails.

It is a fraudulent company; do not be scammed and deceived by their 'reasonable' prices! You can lose hundreds of dollars and will not hear from them ever again!

Loss:
$320
Cons:
  • Fraud

Preferred solution: Full refund

User's recommendation: Do not buy from them!

I have called twice. It does not identify as any business but simply says to leave a message.

I did - twice.

I sent two emails to customer service. I have not received a response.

Order not delivered

AI Highlights
  • - Ordered Obagi Vit C 20% 2 pk (order #236****) on April 13.
  • - The junk mail shows the order was sent to a CVS address; I have been charged.
Contains 1 confidential file for company representatives

I placed an order for Obagi Vit C 20% 2 pk order #236**** on April 13th. When I filled out my address it auto filled my address because I have ordered this product from you before.

I reviewed my order details before I placed it and everything was accurate. I found in my junk mail it was supposedly sent to a CVS and have NO idea where they got that address from.

I would like my order as I have already been charged. Please assist.

Thank you !

User's recommendation: Please make it easier to inquire about a product. Also I have sent several emails 3 days later, still no response !

No Customer Support

AI Highlights
  • - Order shows delivered, but it never arrived.
  • - Customer requests a replacement and investigation with the post office; attempts failed.

My products never arrived, although the post office shows them delivered. I believe it's Skin Medix's job to make their customer happy.

And that includes researching the issue with the post office. In the meantime, it is also their job to send me a replacement the FIRST time I call or email through their website. Five phone calls have resulted in no one at any of their listed department extensions, including the order line. I've sent three emails as well.

So my next step is to call my bank and reverse my credit card charge to them. If they're really still IN business, their bad business mojo will soon force them OUT of business!

Reason of review:
Order processing issue

I placed a order with skin medix and got screwed I wish I had known more about this company before I ordered. The product I received was nothing but water because the serum is clear which I have purchased several times before with another company.

I just got on line to find out that I have been ripped off.

If the price is too good to be true well you know the saying now I'm out 70.00 dollars a high price to pay for water. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!

Im not sedending this company, but as a medial esthetician I know that Vitamin c serums should be clear. Orange or brown serums are oxidized.

SkinMedix.com is a scam. Can never reach a live person for help!

AI Highlights
  • - -Hard to reach a real person; hours unreliable.
  • - -Manufacturer says Skinmedix isn't an authorized reseller.
  • - -May be selling old or near expiry products.

I have been calling skinmedix.com to ask for pricing and can never reach a real person. The business hour listed is fake and no matter what time I call there is not even an option to leave a voice mail!

I just can't believe it. I called the manufacturer for Glytone products and they have confirmed skinmedix is selling so cheap because it is NOT an authorized reseller, which means they can be selling old, expired, or near expired products. Please do yourself a favor and stay away.

They are cheap for a reason! This kind of website cannot be trusted!

For 1 week I've been leaving messages..with no response..who wants to business with someone who won't return a "new" customers phone call..See BBB complaints...what can I expect if I have a problem with the order, no amount of money potentially saved can be worth that aggravation. Try to call them yourself at 888-888-****, maybe you'll have more success???? I go with the best deal on Ebay instead.

I have purchased from SkinMedix all the time with no problem at all. The are authorize they are not authorized to sell onlne and compete with Lovelskin.

Do you honestly think if they were not legit all those companies would allow them to sell their products. Go to lovelyskin and pay more end of story.

Not authorized to sell most products. You get what you pay for - good luck with that!

I have never received my 200$ order!

At the beginning they were answering my emails then they stopped and they even blacklisted me from facebook.

As they asked me to wait, I have waited and then when I asked Amex to deal with them as I never received my order, Amex told me it is too late...

Do not trust SkinMedix!!!

Guest

Wait, you are calling for pricing but the prices are listed? And they are less expensive and you are not happy about it?

Sounds like you work for the manufacturer and want to create fear to keep people paying full price from your web site. Shameless.

I have the same problem with Amazon and my cable provider: can't get a live person on the phone!!!
