I have advanced TNS serum that is not working. Only one side of the product is coming out.

The white cream appears to be empty when the other side (clear) is empty, I have been using this product for a couple years and it quite expensive. Im sure you stand behind your products. The code on the bottom of bottle is 1SC1/1SC1d. I dont know if that helps....
