I ordered this product in mid-December. It is now mid-February and they have yet to answer any of my emails.
I did receive an email stating my product was on its way with a tracking number in late January, but it never came and when I try to look up the tracking number, there is no information. This is a total scam.
I do, however, get emails asking me to review the product, even after I have sent numerous emails from the same email address stating I haven't received it. It makes not receiving it all the more frustrating!

Well it finally arrived and the bank reversed my refund! I replaced the mask with another for my daughter, so now I have a mask I don't need or want!
I ordered the mask as a Christmas gift for my daughter, but it never arrived. I did receive an email from someone named 'Ava' at Customer Service, stating that the item, due to its high demand, would be sent when available.
It's been over a month! I am very angry and have reported them to my bank for a refund.

Resolved: Product not received at 6 weeks and counting
Ordered product ~7 weeks ago. Have not received and company will no longer respond to last 2 emails (they did respond to one email 4 weeks ago saying it is ready to ship.)Hope Im not scammed. Credit card was charged.

Because I was scam
I'm pissed , you took my money and no light. This company is not legit.
All they do is put their product out there and you never receive it, or I used the credit card so, I will get my money back, but this company needs to be turned over to the better business bureau. I will turn this company over to Facebook to have it removed from Facebook.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. My bank took reimburse me back because I never could get a hold of them and I don't know if the bank ever did or not
Ordered the serum in the skin light mask LED mask but got the serum that came with it but haven't heard anything about the mask yet still won't answer me about anything so I don't know what's going on I'm really ticked off that they won't respond
Preferred solution: Only got half of the order just the serum not the LED therapy mask

Skinlights advertises on Facebook and has the Shopify verification at the bottom of their ad. UnfortuDOnately, Shopify confirmed my suspicions when I emailed them - this company's email left their platform in April 2023. No messages or emails answered from Skinlights regarding the delivery of the LED facial mask - therefore I'm out $100

I have Googled every avenue to find any contact possible - including trying to call the UK phone number, emailed the UK address, emailed the North Carolina company and filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I also contacted my credit card company, too. No responses yet and I'm still out $100
Want refund did not receiveseveral emails sent and no response. I am going to the Better Business Bureau next to report them!
