Unable to communicate with customer service
I placed an order. Have not gotten an order or shipment email confirmation.
I have reached out to them via the email address that is listed under their contact us prompt on their website. Which is skinfood.help@***.com. have sent two emails on separate days with no response. Now I would like to cancel my order because of their lack of customer service.
Skin...food is originally a Korean brand but the USA branch is not operated by Koreans which explains a lot about the poor customer service.
Asian cultures typically operate their businesses a lot more efficiently than do Americans. Look for skin food
