I am a 67-year-old African American woman and I have used your products for a couple of years. I fell prey to the advertising that this product was for all skin types.
My dilemma is that I have spent $4,320.98 and the product does not work on dark skin.
I want a label put on the products that the product descriptions are not effective on dark skin. I am so adamant about this that I will reach out to my state's consumer complaint division to complain about this product.
Over the last couple of years, I have called Skinceuticals Customer Service several times and have been given a hackneyed response on how to use the products. They do not work on dark skin.
I would also like a refund of $4,320.98
