Product information
I called to speak with an aesthetician so I could make a more informed decision about skin care products and I was told the only way to do this was through email. One cannot "discuss" through email and if I am going to spend close to $300 on a single skin care product, I would expect to be able to speak with a live person like I used to. Basically, Skincare RX has very little customer service and I will take my business elsewhere.
Nobody pick up the phone
Hi how are you I was trying to call twice but nobody answered. I was ordered on last Tuesday my order number is 33823****, I still didnt receive my order yet.
Unfortunately I put the wrong email address I dont know the items has been ship yet or didnt process. Thanks

Customer service with this company is horrible. I have been directed to so many different places to type my grievance with my order.

The neck cream that I ordered did not come with the order. I only received the bonus face wash that came with the skinmedica neck cream.

This company is truly a front for simply stealing from uninformed people like myself. There is no one there to speak with or address any problems because they are not concerned with your problems.
PLEASE DO NOT SUBSIDIZE THESE THIEVES. AND IF YOU HAVE ANY IDEAS AS TO HOW WE CAN JOIN TOGETHER TO SUE THEM COUNT ME IN!!!!

They miss charged me on my order by not including the 20% they advertised they wouldnt cancel my order when they sent it they wouldnt give me permission to send it back finally they gave me permission to send it back and I sent it back registered UPS and then they told me they lost it they couldnt find it I have never gotten my $449 back I feel like a total fool and angry beyond belief. Do not patronize this business

Strongly complain about the customer service!!!
I sent lots of email and interact with customer service regarding my parcel was stopped and I cant receive.
But there always find reason to refuse solving issue!!!
