Lid on a Alfa Ret will not close it also does not attach to the bottom
- - The AlphaRet overnight cream was defective; the lid wouldn't close.
- - Skin Better Science apologized and will ship a replacement ASAP.
I purchased AlphaRet overnight cream. When I got home, 1/2 hour after purchase, I opened the box and the Alpha Ret cream container was defective, the bottom was not attached to the top.
The lid would not close. I took it back to the dermatologist office. They would not do anything to resolve the the issue.
I called customer service at Skin Better Science. They were exceptional!!!
They were very apologetic and said they would ship another bottle of Alpha Ret asap. The customer service agent was incredible!
I cannot say enough nice things about the professionalism and pride they have in their product!! Thank you so much for your attention to this matter.
