Cant get my watch to pair
I called support and get someone to help pair my watch This companyand got a sales pitch... support never answered. Really disappointed and I will be contacting Amazon to return my watch

- - Now it no longer rings and I can't tell what changed after switching from Versa.
Initially when I set my watch up it would ring when my phone rang and I could answer using the watch. Now it is not ringing and I cant seem to figure out what I have done wrong. This device is new to me switched over from a Versa

The toll free number is a scam offering you products for sale Then another number to call spam
- - Toll-free number mainly promotes products.
- - No live agent, and calls are redirected to another number with the same result, no SKG customer service.
IThe toll free # is a scam it just talks about various products someone is trying to sell. Can't get a live person...it then refers you to another number with the same result...In other words there is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR SKG.

I purchased this watch for a coworker for Christmas and it is not working properly. The only two screens that she is able to see is the OR code screen and the screen that tells her to download the app. It will not turn off or restart or anything.
