Took Money but didnt provide the total product files

I purchased a 3D model and they promised I would have a GLB file, but that was the one missing. The GLB file is most used in the industry and it's the one they cheated me out of.

Furthermore, they lack a customer service number or email for you to contact for a refund or to resolve the issue. This is a poor company.
