Skate City Colorado

Somehow the email for my membership got lost. The customer service rep handled it without a problem, quickly and efficiently.

Very bad customer service from management and workers. Over charging for food.

Not washing hand nor changing/wearing gloves. Poor organization with team workers. No team workers on the skate floor to assist nor correct the skaters violating the rules.

Customers in the building vaping. Everyone should be paying attention of their surroundings and reporting any bad situation to management or corporate office.

When we (Two African American teenager) first walked in, we paid for entry fee and skates fee. We felt uncomfortable when we first walked in and when we went to get the skates we told the employee our size they continued to give us the wrong size the shoe laces were very long, and the skates were wet and sweaty before we even started skating the skates were too wide and to small.

Then five minutes into skating there was a white woman getting mad biracial kids for swearing and gets the manager to kick the biracial kids out. We still felt uncomfortable after witnessing. The estrangement of words. And then while we were skating we noticed that the air was making our throats close, and eyes water The air smelt like a mixture of bleach, lighter fluid, and other very strong cleaning products.

We got off the skating rink due to the smell, and went to order a beverage. The beverages tasted very off and gave stomach aches, nose burning, and heartburn, it also tasted like the soda machine has not been cleaned properly. The employee let a man who was not wearing a uniform go behind the food concessions area. While drinking our beverages there was an African American man expressing his concerns about how his biracial kids were kicked out for swearing while there was a white couple swearing also, but they got to stay.

The employee who was white was constantly looking at us the whole time we were there and was swearing at the customer right in front of us, and we did not feel safe because the employee kept staring at us. We decided to leave because everything was sticky and dirty. The employees did not do their job and was being very unprofessional. As the black man called them out for their racism, the white employee made a remark that did not sit right with us.

While looking through reviews it of this skate city past and present managers were Very disrespectful and complaints filed towards them.
