Poor customer service

The owner of this company is rude, accusatory and has deplorable customer service. She called to inquire why I refused a delivery and accused me of having another oil company.

I told her I did not; I actually called for service the week prior. I tried to explain that I recently had a house flood and was not ready to pay the $900+ cost of an oil bill at the moment. The explanation fell on deaf ears; she again made the accusation of using another oil company and closed my account. I told her I did not like her tone, she in turn debased the conversation into an argument.

I was with Skaggs-Walsh ( now Atlas Oil) for nearly 15 years and never had an issue with postponing a delivery.

The owner was rude, disrespectful and discriminatory. She's in dire need of sensitivity training.

Skaggs walsh is a rip off. I found out I have been over charged almost a dollar a gallon for oil.

Even their services are very expensive. They are not willing to work with you threw a pandemic. Even adding high finance charges to my bill. Always called to let them know when I can make a payment, and told them Dec.

5th when I made a small payment I would resume my full payment the first week in Jan. bc I resolved my money problem.

They sent my account to collection end of Dec. Wow with a 29% interest rate to the collection company.
