I sent back a part that i ordered and haven't heard back for weeks
I ordered a crank handal for my sizzix big shot plus..I was sent the wrong size.I sent it back with a letter explaining by signed for post this was more than a month ago...I have sent messages to customer care and have had no reply...I'm finding really difficult to make contact with Ellison
