They're phone numbers listed are no longer in service.

The phone number is no longer in service. And it takes days or weeks to respond to anyone with customer service. They need more staff and a working pnone number.

No Communiation

Got the confirmation that my order was placed and of course they took my payment right away. Nothing since and that was 3/24/25 says rods ship within 2 business day.

Have emailed twice with no replies and any phone numbers I find are no longer working.

DO NOT order from them. I am reporting them to my credit card company as fraudulent and getting my money back!

I ordered a left hand baitcaster by mistake I need a right hand reel

I ordered a cyclone reel then realized it was a left hand reel I need a right hand reel but unfortunately there out of right hand reels so I guess we'll need to cancel the order sorry for inconvenience

My rods are lost somewhere between your facility in California have no number to get a hold of you to find out what to do or take action. This really sucks.

I would expect a international company to go ahead and be better than this. I will not recommend this product for anybody.

Its a week pas the expected delivery date and no info or update on items.

Ordered rods 6 days ago they have not shipped. Not happy.

Ive bought several rods and reels and its alwzys the same ordeal. Also, you stated that i would have a special deal for my birthday, never seen a offer. My bday was October.

Just kinda pissed that my reels came in in 4 days and i cant get my choppers from you, not even sent in 6. Bass pro is 2 hrs, i might make changes.

You order a rod it takes, now it's been 6 days since paid in full my order and rods haven't been sent yet. It's cool, great rods, can't beat a chopper, I bought 2 more for a tournament.

A week away from tournament and I don't think I'll have them. Just pissed about it. Just gonna find a different rod for the tournament. More disappointed than pissed.

Not trying to hurt feelings but you vote with your doller now a days. I'm done.Terry Stout
