Awful owner how I was treated by the owner was insane
- - Charged $1,035 to retrieve items, plus $500 late fees and $115 for extra days; belongings chewed by rats and owner was uncooperative and evicted me.
I was in an automobile accident and tore my rotators cut put me out of work for 2 or 3 months had all this physical therapy and stuff to do in the meantime I am missed a payment it got behind on a payment and she become a siren I told her I was in an accident and was laid up and not working and getting workers comp etc she was unwilling to work with me and tell me that if I didn't pay it the next month she was going to seize my stuff well the next month came and she sees my stuff when it was $65 a month okay she refused to allow me to remove my stuff to stop incurring payment or anything and incurred a bill of 1,66 which was in overcharge because I asked her for an itemized statement and wrote that breakdown of the building and come to find out it was $1,035 she insisted she was giving me a break and a discount where I have no idea but in the meantime I lost my job due to loss of absence of work because of my wreck in medical condition and took a job at another place and ended up getting injured and lost my left eye my side. I can't see anything out of my left so I had to go to rehab and physical therapy and learn how to walk my depth perception everything was off so over the event of all of my mishaps and and accidents I survived thank God but she charged me $1,035 to get my stuff out of her her storage and this wasn't even for a year she charged me $500 in late fees which I wasn't going to argue I wanted my stuff and I needed my stuff and I got my stuff but the place is infested with rats rats chewed up 90% of my closings that were in totes all of any type of pictures paperwork anything like that which were in touch they chewed through the totes big rats like field rats it's out in the middle of nowhere she didn't ever tell me anything about rats too put out bait poison whatever nothing when I go to pay her the $1,035 she told me well I'm which laughingly jokingly I'm not jokingly but laughingly said to me well I don't know that anything in your locker is worth a thousand $35 anymore because the rats here tend to chew up and tear up everything and you probably have nothing left cuz it's been in there so long and laughed about it come to find out I open the door when I pay her to remove my things and Lord and behold my stuff is ate up with rats she was right which is sad to do business with somebody like that that doesn't disclose this stuff and just wanted to let the public know that if you store your stuff there that the rats are going to tear your stuff up and defecate in urinate and nest and everything in all your stuff even in totes plastic totes they chewed through the totes they chew through everything all my clothing everything just disgusting and I don't recommend this place to anybody she gave me 24 hours to get all my stuff out and go through all this stuff that her the rats and infested and chewed up and stuff so I'm trying to salvage anything I can and she change the gate code on me and charge me an additional $115 for extra days so I can get my stuff out that I had to prepay and was not willing to work with me and there's other units there that are empty next door to me down the way on the next hour the next dial and the next time yet she's still insisted on jacking me for another hundred and something dollars I would recommend this place to the dog catcher a bag of fruit flies she's a tyrant ugly taught me a liar I'm 10 times about my accident my wreck and it wasn't my fault and about my eye and told me about to my face and in her office that I was a bold-faced liar so I just told her that you are ugly on the inside and you are ugly on the outside they match so see you she kicked me out of the place the next morning calls me like nothing happened and asked me if I was coming to pay her and get coming to get my stuff what kind of business person does this what clearly you can see my eye is I can't see it got a white cornea for the Lord sakes she is claiming to be a Christian called me a liar to get the *** off of her place use profanities that I'm not going to say here but I'll just want the world to know and the people to know that I wouldn't recommend this place to the dog catcher she is evil awful and unbearable
