Wrong way of installation and wrong windows' measurement
Workers tried to install over wide size windows from their measurement's mistake by using two combine wood pieces as posts (post should be just one bigger piece of wood), also the posts' position were to the side way not level (not straight) before windows put in. We found out during installation and asked to install in the correct way but it did not happen. Talked to Adina (install dept. product MGR) who's job was yelling and screaming at you, not to mention pushing away their window size measurement's mistake by saying it was the building structure's fault. She promised to call back but never did. Azim was emailing for Adina but he was very sensitive about his responsibility in words. Sales tried to help but all Adina stated was the installation/repair team "is working on it" without any further information. This is not a professional company as the sub-contractor they hired was trying to use the cheapest materials and wrong way to install Sivan's wrong measurement's windows, then not to take care of their mistakes by accusing something else. You know what, nobody is fool. Hope you will make a smart choice not like us by trusting the sale rep. (we like the sale person Danny) then it turned out to be a nightmare because of the bad business organization. Still hope this case will have a happy ending soon so we could sleep better.

Finish all labor in correct way with correct materials, honor warranty as contract, also to install 3-5 days before rains.Sivan needs to make sure it is the safe, secure, water proof windows' installation and will last for a long period of time.
