Cancelled order by Sitka for suspicious activity
Could not get anyone on the phone. Sitka canceled my order due to suspicious activity.

I bought sitka bibs. Fantastic heavy weight xl bibs.
I got to shirts instead of my bibs i payed 351 dollars on sale and i get 2 shirts i think this is *** As much sitka gear i buy from stores that comes from u.
This is not very professional. Somebody needs to contact me asap.

Traverse hoody pocket peeling off. Garment in almost new condition and zipped pocket coming off at corners.Called and no response . Directed to send message and no response???

Calling via the app did not work and was cumbersome. I just old school dialed the number. Trevor was great as your pros always are
Customer service won’t resolve my issue by email or phone
I filled out all the info online twice and received receipt numbers. I have an email correspondence with two different people without resolution. I have called multiple times and never got an answer.

Not pissed just have a question and it seems almost impossible to talk to someone on the phone your products are very good and very expensive so a simple answer-of the phone is not too much to ask
