Purchased product that does not work and has no function
- - Bought the Shipme theme in Sept 2015; still non-functional.
- - Andrei has repeatedly promised fixes, but no working version delivered.
I bought, they sold me, a Ship me theme more than 7 years ago, and since then they can't deliver a functional theme, a theme that works. All the time I have conversations with I think one of the main people in the company, Andrei, he keeps saying that we need a little more, and it's almost not, I sent them all the defects that need to be fixed, to make the product work, but to this day nothing from that. I still do not have a functional product that I properly bought from them.
Every time I ask them if they make any fixes I always get same answer:
- yes I saw your message yesterday, I did some fixes yes, I will make it available by end of the day
- yes I will update the theme in a bit, I will test one more time in the next 2 hrs just to make sure I have covered things
- yes I will send you in just a bit, I have it ready just testing the post new process once again to make sure that area is done
and so on...even today I don't have functional theme (Shipme theme) and I bought theme on septembre 2015.
