Support is very good

Support crew is very helpful and we learned a lot from their suggestions, even before you reach the support guys they give you hints on how to solve the problem yourself making a nice learning experience. If you cannot solve it yourself the will help in no time. Unluckily there is often something new to learn but SG Support is there to bring you forward.

It is not easy to contact you!

It is not easy to find live chat within the account.

There is no longer telephone support.

You have raised the prices of the service and hidden the support.

Companies that care about their customers simplify processes and do not raise prices without warning.

And above all, they don't hide to give assistance.

Without customers the company does not exist.

If the company doesn't respect the customers, fails because sooner or later customers get tired and look for another supplier.
