Communication, could be because they don't speak English? Not well t trained tech support?
Anyway this is THE WORST experience in trying to set up a website.
For a cheapy landing page, I didn't expect much but the snags I have encountered are just not worth it. Now their website will not load ???

Resolved: They stole over $300
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. After denying it and offering less than a full refund they finally sent a refund. I deleted the account and will never use site123 again.
I cancelled over a year ago and they claim I never cancelled, taking more than $300 out of my account! They refuse to refund my money!
