Resolved: Shipping sucks
The product comes from China and takes over a month. I reached out to customer service and they asked if I could provide any feedback other than the shipping.
What else do I have to give feedback for if I don't have what it is you sell? Do not order from this company.

I received a sistabag as a gift, so I have noticed that the buttons on one side are the same, so I'm unable to snap it together. Was wondering what can be done becausr I do not have the receipts because it was a gift.

I give it a 4 because I received my purse in January as a gift and my handles are barely attached to my purse three months later. Other than that I'm still getting rave reviews.
Again my handles are barely attached to my purse after 3 months. Now holding it together with duct tape.

Never received my item
Ordered a purse4 from this company and never received it. It is almost impossible to reach someone; I have yet to speak with a live person. Thank God I used my PayPal because at least I will receive refund
