Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Refund on two day shipping. Did chat with business.

There is no further information on my order. The dates make no sense; it shows it shipped on the 19th of December and then shows handed to clerk in California on the 23rd. It shows it's in Hodgkins, Illinois, on the 22nd.

No customer service - at all!

No customer support - despite trying to reach out for several days, they never got back to me. I had an order issue that needed to be addressed. They also don't provide a phone number, so you don't even have the option to call in.

I'm still waiting for an answer. Every time I try to call the customer service number, it's unavailable.

Once I was able to speak with someone on the phone my issue was resolved quickly. The problem with Sip Whiskey is that their online chat reps are not U.S. based and don't have an efficient way to find out any information.
