BAD BAD BAD
I am beyond furious with the service I received from this store. I waited TWO MONTHS for my delivery, only to find out that the product was never delivered to me and then RETURNED without any explanation or communication!
This is completely unacceptable.
Not only did they waste my time, but their customer service is non-existent. I had to chase them down to find out what was going on, only to be met with vague responses and no real solutions. Its as if they couldnt care less about their customers.
If you value your time and money, STAY AWAY from this store.
They clearly have no respect for their customers and cannot be trusted to deliver on their promises. Im taking my business elsewhere and strongly urge others to do the same!

Pay attention when shopping online, these are dangerous fraudsters.

No one contacted me from Sinsay, not even an email from them
I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding a distressing incident at your Sinsay store in Riga Plaza on 26th Sep,2023. Following our purchase, we took a seat on a nearby couch within the store, engaged in conversation, and enjoyed some snacks that we had brought with us.
To our great shock and dismay, our peaceful shopping experience took a distressing turn after just a few minutes. An employee from Sinsay, along with a security personnel member from Riga Plaza, approached us and accused us of theft in a manner that was not only deeply offensive but also entirely baseless.
They provided no concrete reason for their accusation, and it's essential to note that we did not use any fitting rooms during our time in the store.
we were abruptly instructed to empty the contents of my gym bag in front of others, effectively humiliating us and portraying us as criminals.
What was even more disheartening was the complete absence of an apology or any form of acknowledgment for their misguided behavior after their unjustified search.
This incident appeared to be rooted in racial discrimination, as we are not from Latvia and have a different appearance. Discrimination has no place in your establishment.
We request the following actions:
Investigate the incident and involved employees.
Review and update your store policies for equal treatment.
Provide diversity and anti-discrimination training for employees.
Issue an official apology.
