Part replacement
Well the name speaks for itself! Never received a call back, left enough messages, was stranded in TN, and needed a foot long piece of 3/4 in high pressure hose.
Took desperate measures after no way of reaching Sinister and got hooked up with the modern day Flintstones, Pissed Consumer!!!
No worries though, thanks to O'O O O'Reillllly Auto Parts! Aweeeee
Preferred solution: Make yourselves available!! Seriously! Thank Goodness I didn't lose any $$$$

Verified Reviewer2 bad alternators
I bought the first alternator & in a matter of weeks it was done for, so they sent a replacement (refurbished, as a favor to me) & within a matter of days it went. Had both alternators tested & yes they were faulty, nothing wrong with installation.
I've tried repeatedly to contact them with no avail, & if your reading this review a paid good money! You would think they would stand behind their product & customers!

Preferred solution: Either full refund or a NEW not used or refurbished alternator for my 6.0!
