I want a refund

The driver lied and said it took him 30 mins to get me home, that was a lie, from where he picked me up from takes 30 mins, he took me 20 mins out my way before we got on the right track. He was using two cell phones, he kept trying to take me west and I live east. First he said he didnt have a address so why was he kept trying to take me west. I reported it to Lyft and was told my experience does not qualify for a refund. They did nothing but said they will talk to the driver. You know next time the female wont be so lucky

I paid $50 for a Lyft card and redeemed it so I have $50 on my Lyft cash and im unable to use it an customer service isnt helping me at all

User's recommendation: Be careful when purchasing a Lyft card because I can be a waste of money it happened to me already so now I just got $50 stuck in my Lyft cash.

Wont allow me to log in with my email with my new number

Everytime i go through the steps they told me to take and everytime it does not work. They dont have anyone you can ever speak with not even a chat option available so it never gets fixed. I keep just getting these *** pointless emails that are not fixing anything. No help seriously it is annoying. How they took over cabs but cant ever get a ride. Just stranded

Hello Lyft team, In case someone cares about not losing another costumer. the day 05/28/2022 I requested a ride for the nearly price $43.99 and my total charge was $67.99 , I already talked to three Lyft agents, none of them could solve my issue with a refund or giftcard. I am very dissapointed on what Lyft has become where costumers's words are meaningless againsts their Lyft App malfunction. The ride was with another price once after I requested it. Overcharge

A second instance of Lyft overcharging. Charged for a quick pickup, got late pickup, price not adjusted. Scam.

Ordered my nail kit at the start of December and 3 months later its still not here and has been in South Caroline for over a month I know shipping is slow due to covid but this is rediculos and I have had no reply to my emails and can't find a number to contact them on

Never received products. Never received a response from customer service.

Please don't buy from this retailer. I didn't realize until after I made a purchased that company was actually in Singapore. It appeared to be a US distributor from the website. Makes it difficult to reach a customer rep.
