I did not received race shoes as ordered
I ordered a pair of race shoes. The Simpson website said they were in stock.
Several days later (way after I should have received them) I called to see why they had not been delivered. The lady that answered said she had no idea why they STILL had not been shipped because they were in stock. Instead of "I'm sorry" or anything close to an apology her response was "do you want to cancel the order and process a refund?". She sounded like she was in a rush--too much to actually help me.
She did offer to walk out to the warehouse to have them shipped today.
The products are good, but the service I experienced is very disappointing. My advice is...if you order something from Simpson you should call the very next day to do everything you can to actually get it shipped.
