Simpson Property Group is too far removed from the leasing process. They pride themselves on Customer Service, but the manager at The Madison Luxury Apartments in Short Pump, Virginia does everything but that.
This property has gone down the drain. The Luxury apartments are everything but luxury. They are severly outdated, and they are definitely not worth $1300+ a month. This manager here basically told me to move if I don't like the bad service.
