NSF Check Sent

I sent one phone, they sent a check for 9.00, I tried to deposit, the bank said it was unable to locate the account for the check. I was charged 11.00 for the NSF and these guys never sent a legitimate check.

Don't deal with these guys, I'm calling the state board tomorrow to have them shut down.

Yes, I got reaped off, with this same company name. I SEND THEM TWO HTC ,great condition phones and I didn't receive my check on these two phones.

Simplysellular.com underrates value of phone

I wanted to sell my old phone and chose Simplysellular.com" the phone I sent them was in a protective jacket from day one, not a scratch anywhere, perfect condition!! After receiving and inspecting my phone they sent this email: We have received the following phones in your order number 135064: Motorola Droid X: Phone was damaged: Phone is in very poor cosmetic shape and has major wear, marks, scratches, and is generally in very poor cosmetic condition We can pay you 25 percent of the price for this phone: $5.00.

They have your phone so there's nothing you can do.

I don't care about the pittance, just the idea they can do this. From now on I will take a video of my phone to show it's condition and operation beforehand.

lesson learned.
