Cannot Get Anyone To Call Back

I have left 3 messages for the SimplyMac store in Athens,GA. I need to make an appointment to have my daughters screen repaired. Their website states under construction and the appointment link doesnt work. I cannot get anyone to call back after 3 voicemails and no one EVER answers the phone! This store is very unprofessional.
