Hi my name is Josie Jones I sent an iPhone to streets of Tanasbourne Simply Mac to get it fixed in May at the end of the month and they told me in June that they couldnt really get it to Apple and now here it is the end of July and I still havent gotten my phone fixed or back and Im really getting upset Im about to call my service a.k.a. T-Mobile and report it stolen because its been over two months and I have been calling and emailing you guys for so long now then nobody is getting back to me and it is making me very upset because nobody should have to go through this not even simply young adult like me its getting really irritating that you guys cant call or email people back. My number is 503-453-**** and again my name is Josie Jones and Im calling about my iPhone 12 also I was never given an order or contact ID like nobody literally would talk to me about much of anything besides that its gonna be hard to send my phone out to Apple

I have left 3 messages for the SimplyMac store in Athens,GA. I need to make an appointment to have my daughters screen repaired.
Their website states under construction and the appointment link doesnt work.
I cannot get anyone to call back after 3 voicemails and no one EVER answers the phone! This store is very unprofessional.
