Simply cupcakes of boca is bad news!
I went to pick up the cupcakes I have ordered and the kitchen sink in her home was piled up with dirty dishes, a dog was in the kitchen where she bakes her cakes and a kid was licking her fingers out of the mixing bowl. When I called the Health Department, I was told that there were already pending complaints and an investigation against this company and the one in Naples,FL. Simply Cupcakes of Boca does not have the required licenses to operate from her home either and she can not sell cupcakes that have cream cheese icings under the Cottage Law either.

BEWARE of SIMPLY CUPCAKES of BOCA
I ordered cupcakes for my kids from Rosa Iris Rodriquez and they got hepatitis A after eating cupcakes. Hepatitis A is transmitted through the *** of infected individual(s). I found out that she is not allowed to operate this business legally out of her home kitchen. ROSA IRIS RODRIQUEZ, Simply Cupcakes of Boca, sells cupcakes from her home kitchen which are not acceptable cottage food products and are not allowed since the law states that "Bakery goods which require any type of refrigeration such as cream, custard or meringue pies and cakes or pastries with cream cheese icings or fillings,Milk and dairy products including hard, soft and cottage cheeses and yogurt are not allowed", according to Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services, Division of Food Safety as it is stated on their website at www.freshfromflorida.com/fs/CottageFoodAdvisoryWithFormNumber.pdf

If your children contracted Hep A, from this company's cup-cakes, the health department in your state should have closed them down!! Hep A is a serious liver disease that is found in the stools of infected people, and is spread by close, personal contact, and sometimes by fork's, spoon's or straw's.
It is quite painful and 1 in 5 people who are infected, have to be hospitalized, and some even die! I had this about 20 years ago, and still have trouble with digestion.Be especially careful when giving anything with tylenol (acetaminophen). It is in many over the counter drugs.
Good luck to your children! :?
