Don't want cancel order
I tried to cancel my order then wanted mu credit card number and no I paid through PayPal I want a refund for my 20.77 purchased this morning for Debbie Wagner. Your reviews are horrible and also been reported as a scam cancel my order. I have contacted Paypal

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Even though I produced pictures of the product from my order and what I got, they refused to believe that what I received was not the same item.
.refused a complete refund, so I got a very small partial refund.I would not recommend purchasing from Simplicityt to anyone if you are concerned at all .P.S.
I did purchase the exact product I had ordered from another site. Very Happy with it!!!!
So, Simplicityt responded with a $9.00 US refund, and that is all they are willing to refund. I did show pictures showing the difference, but that did not seem to matter.Will not purchase from them again.Buyer Beware for this site.
They said I could get a refund of $6.00 US. Not good enough! I've gone through a long time waiting to get it, and then it turns out to be the wrong product, but they it's right?I said I would accept a refund of 50% off my order.Waiting to hear response.
Their warehouse says they shipped the correct one. I have put pictures to show the difference.

They took my money and did not send my order I placed.
I would like a phone number to this Simplicityt place to ask them where my money went. I would like to have the order I placed with them on August 31,2025.
They sure did'nt have any trouble taking my money. This needs to be checked into, to see why they are ripping people off.
I have read that alot of people are very upset with this place. We are hard working people getting scammed!!!

Items never received
I ordered three bras and some indoor nonslip socks. The order shipped out quickly cleared customs in Chicago on June 9 and have been in transit ever since June 10 this is now July 23.
I have sent numerous emails requesting a refund or a replacement shipment and all I get back from them is Im sorry for your bad experience.
Here is your tracking number please wait! Im in this process of filing a dispute/complaint and will also be sending to China embassy!
Everyone else should do the same

Debate with company over return
I am another dissatisfied buyer from this bogus company. I ordered three bras and at this time I cant remember what I paid.
The items were delayed (company said it was because of the tariffs). I tried to cancel the order but was denied. Anyway, the bras finally came in. They are extremely small and absolutely no way would fit me.
I requested a return label so I could send them back. They asked for pictures of the bras and I sent them. They offered me a 3 USD refund. I adamantly refused.
Then they said 5 USD was the most they could do. Now, its not so much the money but the total defiance when trying to compensate to make a satisfactory agreement with me.
This is most likely a company who scams anyone and everyone. They should be investigated and closed down.

Haven't received bras
I ordered these bras about 6 weeks ago and I still haven't got them but I don't think I got a tracking order if I did it's not in my email so I can't check on my order.

Sizes are not accurate
Getting the run around when try to get refund.Want you to go through PayPal for a $1 and a monthly fee of $41 to get a refund.
