AND I WAS TOLD THAT,I WOULD BE REFUNDED MY MONEY WITHIN A FEW DAYS.AND IT HAS BEEN NOTHING BUT TROUBLE EVER SINCE, I CONTACTED THE SELLER AND IT TOOK HIM DAYS TO FINALLY PUT THE REFUND THROUGH SQUARE AND THE MONEY IS STILL NOT BACK IN MY ACCOUNT, WHICH IS $400.00.

Simplicity Collection Software
The company acts as if its operating our of a garage or bedroom. I had one of the first collection agency software written in dos in 1986. Works just fine today and not a competitor of simplicity.
I needed a collection software collectors can use online. I guess if you a one person collection agency it may be ok. But you just get the access online only. I feel their customer base is pay day loan bandits that have harm the collection industry.

Simplicity software is a ripoff! Data is not secure
I purchased this software after 20 years in collections ,price was to good to be true... Turns out the software has no support, errors, wrong math and I see other users data after error message! Beware! Caused me a lawsuit!
Software wont work with credit reporting agencies.. Wont return calls...
Local IT guy showed me how easy it was to *** the software and see other peoples data~! Scary!
Just ordered Columbia ultimate and it works! should have never wasted my time and money on ***!
I cancelled my account and they still charged my credit card!
Beware of this company they are not reputable! Only been in business for short time and it's cheap and buggy it's just a beta apparently
