Never received order/was charged

Put in my order. Paid for order.

Confirm my order was placed. Never received order. Sent over 20 emails; not one was acknowledged. Worst customer service ever.

Took order 3 weeks ago, no products received.

They keep having sales, then say they are overwhelmed with orders. They ended up combining two separate orders from two different months, but did not give me a break on the postage I paid.

Either of the postage paid would have covered the package sent. Felt ripped off I had to wait so long and they kept all the fees.

But payment card chargef.

No one answering customer service number. Still sending out sale emails though.

Looks like they have taken the money and folded ..
