I did not receive my total order I order 5 things and only received 3 did not receive an email a phone call a letter noting

Item was out of stock and took them 5 days to let me know.

Item was out of stock and took them 5 days to let me know. Even though I got an shipment conformation email the first business day after I placed my order?? Had to call and request a refund. While I was on the phone with them, I looked up the item on their site. The site still said that the item was in stock and told me it would ship today if I ordered in the next 8 hours and xx minutes. Completely false and deceptive advertising and business practices. ANY website in 2020 no matter how small should have a real time inventory system. BUYER BEWARE!!!!

Item did not work. Customer service not good.

After receiving the item, inserted 2 new batteries, worked for about 2 seconds then stopped. Tested 2 more batteries which were fully charged and inserted them. Item was dead. Called customer service and explained the problem. They took down information then told me I needed to take a video of the item not vibrating and send it to them. (I don’t take videos and send them to people I don’t know.) She then said she would involve people higher up and they would get back to me next week. Not a nice experience.

Misleading website and no help from customer care

They use misleading item labeling in there Web Store, and have multiple similar items with spec differences without a clear indication of the true specs, and confusing/mis matching specs on the same item. A forgiveable error in housekeeping, for sure, but when I attempted to tell customer care I had specifically ordered the larger version of the item, going so far as to link to the item their website gave me the impression I would get, and the rep repeatedly doubled down that I got what I ordered so leave them alone. Even when I clarified and said the mistake was on their website's part, I wanted X item and received a smaller version, I was told no, that's not true, and dismissed. I don't understand why they wouldn't just own up to their error when I have proof their website is incorrect, and they have a blanket policy of replacing mistaken items. The impression I got was that the rep was more concerned with closing my complaint than actually listening to what the complaint was. I'd waited several months and had done research on the specific item I wanted but was mislead by the mistakes on their site to order the wrong item-and they didnt care. Won't be ordering from here again, unfortunately can't reccomend.

No Refunds Even if They Make a Mistake or Product Doesn't Work

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAMS! They sent the wrong item instead of the one I ordered and refuse to allow me to return the item or refund me. One of the vibrators didn't work at all. They refuse to issue refunds because of the "sensitive nature" of the items. They're sex toys. I get it. People can't just return these kinds of things. But when you get something that doesn't work or you get the wrong product and it is the company's fault, you deserve a refund. In the U.S., it's actually the law. With so many other options out there, why take a chance on this company? Just buy your stuff somewhere else!
