I have been waiting since March for a response with absolutely no resolution. Pachi, the person I talked to last Friday, said, 'I'll call you back within 24 hours,' but nothing.
This is incredible. Lie after lie after lie. The supervisor didn't understand the problem. Really, what is there to not understand?
Maybe he or she has never been a supervisor. I also said I want a replacement of the media center. How hard is that to understand?
I have provided all information, replied to all their emails, and still nothing. All false hopes, and yet here I am; another week has passed, and still nothing.

Verified ReviewerBeen waiting for a resolution since March and here we are in May and all I am getting is I’ve escalated the problem. To who because apparently no one is bothering to get the problem solved.

Better customer service, a resolution that doesn't take months to resolve issues. The details about the problem have been sent via email over and over and still no solution.
This is incredible. The one thing Simple-Home was quick on was taking my payment the following day. It seems the company is not very large because it's the same person responding to the calls and emails.
I don't think she is giving my information to anybody. I need this issue resolved asap.

Preferred solution: Price reduction for the issues with media center and lack of support. A replacement of the media center I purchased. Good customer service no emails asking for the same info.
