SOLD PRODUCTS THEY COULD NOT FULFIL AND WILL NOT HONOUR
- - Sold 45-day visa vouchers, but Simple Visa offered only a 30-day visa.
- - No refund or transfer; another company did it in 24 hours for less, and £108 was kept.
I was sold 2 visa vouchers for my 45-day trip to India. When trying to use the voucher, I was informed that only a 30-day visa was available from Simple Visa.
Simple Visa will not refund my money or transfer my voucher to another trip.
An alternative visa company completed my visa in 24 hours and for less money. They received £108 from the agent, and they have just kept it.

What is the status? If you are not able to process it, please cancel and issue a refund.

Payed for a visa, got an email to make an account first. Couldn't make an account, site keeps telling 'a reference can't be blank'. Just another website that doesn't work.
