I have been subscribed to this service for a few years with virtually zero value from the company. The service was suggested to me after I did a public speaking engagement where I passed around a sheet of paper to gather name, email addresses and phone numbers.

Instead of collecting the information manually, I could collect it digitally. After subscribing, I was issued a short code and put it on my marketing materials (business cards, flyers, post cards, magnets, banners). Shortly after that I was informed I could no longer use a short code and would get a local number. Yep, that was a BIG waste of money.

I literally had to throw away all my marketing materials. After getting the local number, there was another change, I would now have to get a toll free number. For at least 2 years, the toll free number hasn't worked for me, but it looks like they gave the same number to a limousine company in another state because my dashboard is filled with requests for cars. Despite this, Simple texting tells me they can't refund my money for the wasted year, but they will gladly charge me for another year and still lock me out of my account because I have not met their non-stop compliance requirements which include providing a website address to the website that I do NOT have and a provide business information for the business that I do NOT have.

Basically, in order to access the account that I am being charged for, I have to Crete an LLC and build a website. This is unbelievable. I have requested a refund for the coming year which they have denied and have still locked me out of my account so I cannot even access the database of followers that I have amassed.

This company sucks. See screenshot for what it looks like when they lock you out of the account you have paid for.
