Poor customer service and product
Can not download bank information as directed. This is of no use for my business now.
I emailed their support link and it does not work. Little support to no support.

They have taken my money. Downloaded the program.
But unable to use it for one reason or an another. Try to contact them via email.
Other than automated reply. NOTHING!

They advertise a current year product -then send a prior year product.

They advertise a current year product -then send a prior year product. When contacted they never respond except if you paid via Paypal then they send you a link with the old product again and again again!!!
Round and round you go ...
they do not have any intention of satisfying there customers. I would stay away from ALL of there products
