Simple Simons Pizza

I made an order for parmesan wings and it tells me 35 mins to wait to pick up and it's 7:34 so then I made the order I was actually trying to make which was a 2 liter a single topping pepperoni pizza and a calzone. Then it tells me again for this order 35 mins.

So I went up to the establishment at 8 pm and I received my order through the window and when I got home I immediately called up there because I received a cheese pizza and was told that's not what came through that I ordered and I know I pushed pepperoni because that is all I order from there and it put red in the box when I marked it just like anything else I bought. Before I paid I read what was being ordered on the break down and it said pepperoni. I then I hung up and made a plate as well as the other two people here and needless to say that was the worst pizza and wings I have ever had. The wings tasted freezer burnt and as if they weren't cooked all the way.

No one ate them besides the dog and the pizza and calzone was so doughy like it wasn't cooked the whole way through. I had raw dough in my calzone that was far from cooked and not only that it had so much butter or what ever flavor is put in it that is all you could taste was raw dough and garlic butter I even took pictures of it. It didn't look cooked fully. I been going to that establishment for at least 13 years and it really turned to crap.

I have never purchased a pizza or wings from there to where I show up even before it tells me and all of my food was cold If I wanted to have to recook the food I would had cooked for my family. That was wasted money on the whole order that was not ate. 3 people had one slice of pizza that was given to the dog and had a wing that was given to the dog and the calzone that was full of raw dough is still in the box because it wasn't properly cooked. Just sad and to be honest at this point I don't even want to go back there I would rather go to the town next to me to get pizza and wings from now on.

Just sad how Valentine's turned out with horrible food that wasn't even cooked I even have pictures of it - just grouse. Sad I had to pay $35.00 for dog food when the dog has her own food and another sad part is the consumer could had said you can come up here and get some pepperoni and put it on it but no couldn't even get that.

The cheese pizza I received should had been called not fully cooked sauce pizza because it had way more sauce than cheese. Very Very Very unhappy customer
