Faulty cup
Got a cup for Christmas and its leaking from the bottom somewhere! Cant get them on the phone to speak to someone about it.
Called multiple times and the phone was busy! Product should not leak, I use it for coffee and could get hurt

I'm normally proud and satisfied of Simple Modern. I live all your products.
I do suggest you go with another delivery company because FEDEX isn't reliable and they did 3 delivery attempts on my order and once delivered it was to the wrong address. I spent too much money on SM products for mishaps to happen.
