Extremely bad customer service unwilling to fix any plan problems at all. Once they get you to buy a card,they dont give a *** about anything epescially their customers.i will use their service until my cards run out,but i will not ever do businesd with them again and i urge anyone that is considering them for phone service to go through any other company but them!!! While on call, the call gets dropped every single at the one of the spots on my way to office. Sometimes the phone loses service all of a sudden while using the phone at home. They had server issues where the internet would not connect for the past 11 hours.
