I have been a customer with other phone companies this was my first time joining with simple mobile. The customer service representative had a very gloomy tone to her voice. This is the only phone company that I've ever heard of that does not do extensions. I will not be a customer of theirs for much longer.

Well unless this can be fixed there's nothing to talk about. It just shows the value and quality of the network.

It's poor, there's no value for the customers choice on choosing this network.

Which clearly is also a poor decision. In order for me not to lose my number I have to pay for another month to a phone company that holds no real value on the money I'm clearly wasting.

Simple Mobile service is becoming horrid. I ordered on the website, and then there was no response to tell me if my order went through.

I called the customer service line and the robot is "OBNOXIOUS". It asked of I wanted to wait for an agent to talk to (a real live human being) or get a call back. I said wait. Five minutes later I got a call from a man I could barely understand: I asked where are you calling from.

He said Guatemala City, Guatemala. Imagine giving your credit card number and security code number to someone in Central America. I then tried to give the order to the robot voice on the customer service line. the voice began changing and making funny noises.

TIME TO BUY A NEW PHONE AND CHANGE SERVICES!

It should take 5 minutes to reorder. It's taken over an hour, and I still haven't got my service.

The Unlock Deparment Manager is Rude

They told me to call back on June 5 2019 to unlock my phone. I called 6 July 2019 and told me to wait more 3 months. The phone transferred to the manager and he talked stupid things then dropped the call. Really stupid customer services and the stupid manager!

Kevin said i was at 3 GB of data usage, and that eas why i couldnt connect to the internet. I am at 1.2 GB. I explained thus and he said nothing. He walked away (I could hear him) He vame bzck, said nothing and disconnected the call.

Thought I was getting a great deal with a MVNO. Set up an account with automatic payments and never had issues for over a year. I bought a new phone recently with a bonus prepaid month card via BB. Swapped the sim and tried adding the card. Something went wrong and it didn't add the credit to my account so I had to call the service line. This is where things went bad. Agent was extremely rude. I gave all the information I could about my account and the prepaid card number, but the agent went as far as to "sigh" and "scoff" at me. I wasn't even asking for any freebies. I just wanted the prepaid card to work. Eventually the agent muted the call after telling me the card I was holding was invalid and that I refused to give him my credit card number to buy regular service. I had no choice but to hang up. This obviously seemed like a tactic. Whatever call system they are using must log who hangs up. I tried calling back to complain and got the shuffled around. I sent emails directly to the company (tons of google searches for responding addresses) and nothing. Not even an automated response. Not worth it anymore. I rather spend the extra 8 bucks for a US company.

Every time you need to speak to customer service, you get a Phillipino who can hardly speak English and comes to be dumber than anything else. I spoke to freaking *** "Florence, Edmer, and Martin" from Bacalod, Phillipines the next one was dumber than the previous one. Having Simple MObile is as useless as their customer reps....I'm changing to another carrier...no wonder why people is going to other companies!!! BUnch of stupid people!!

Worst network and customer service have experienced

I have called multiple times over the last seven weeks when my phone stopped working properly stop receiving calls I talk to technical 12 times and they had to go through the same process has each time and finally promised to send me a new phone as it came from them.. when I went through the final stab call number 13 and another hour on the phone they wouldn't do a thing Liars Liars Liars so I have a $340 phone that is worthless I have found a consumer affairs complaint buyer beware do not use this company they are Beyond ridiculous customer service agents that repeatedly get you to do the same thing and do nothing to help you they should be shut down in my opinion
