Excellent service
Package damaged in transit and some of the order was lost. Customer service is replacing missing parts. Im satisfied with this arrangement.

No customer service number published on web sight. No way to speak with a customer service rep in an easy and timely manner. Basically you have no customer service.
Missing order
January was the first time I was to receive the card of the month club offering. The products, according to the tracking information from the USPS indicated that a label was created 1/24.
There has never been an update. Ive written several times inquiring about my order. I generally received a prompt reply. However, when I hadnt yet received my order by last Friday I texted a note again.
As of today I have received no written correspondence or a phone call.
Nor have I received my order which costs more than $45. terrible service

I purchased a stamp set and some of the stamps are really tiny and I went to take it off of the sheet and since theyre so thin that the two of the letters of the saying broke off and Ive tried to put it back together but its not possible to get it straight or to place back. Also now the saying is crooked!
Im afraid to use the other small sayings because the same thing can happen as well.
Is there any way I could have another set sent? Or a saying that broke?
